1. Your account

Your account is personal to you. Keep your password private and don’t share your access with others. You’re responsible for activity on your account.

2. Course access

Access is provided for your personal study for the period of the plan you bought (or as set out in your enrolment agreement with GCI Education). Refunds follow our Refund Policy.

3. Course materials

All lessons, practice tests, practice tests, recordings and model answers are owned by GCI Education and are original material. You may not copy, resell, publish or share them.

4. Scores and results

NCLC levels and TEF scores in this course are estimates to guide your preparation. They are not official TEF Canada results, and we cannot guarantee any particular score in the real test. Certificates confirm course completion only.

5. Acceptable use

Please submit your own work, be respectful in anything you write or record, and don’t attempt to interfere with the service.

6. Immigration information

General information about language requirements (for example NCLC levels and how IRCC uses them) is provided for learning purposes and may change. For advice on your own immigration pathway, book a consultation with a licensed consultant.

7. Trademarks

TEF Canada is a test developed by Le français des affaires (CCI Paris Île-de-France). GCI TEF Online is independent and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Le français des affaires, CCI Paris Île-de-France or Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC).
